Back to Dad’s Army civilian figures this week.
Today we have Joe Walker and Arthur Wilson. Of the two figures Walker was the harder paint job and my first go at ever doing a striped suit. Up to now I have either painted a jacket or trousers but never both on the same figure. Time consuming for sure but I got there in the end and overall I am happy with the way the figure turned out.

Well done on Joe’s pinstripe suit, painting in the last few stripes must have been hair-raising! Great work on Uncle Arthur as well, you’ve really captured the personality of the character with that one.

Thank you, spot on about the stripes but I don’t have much hair to raise these days! Of the two I prefer Arthur as I think the sculptor did an excellent job on him.

I’m with the boys in regards to the pinstripes ,not something I would attempt Dave, I would not be able to pull it off !,a big pat on the back mate .
